Oh we love a good Grotto!!

Big ones, fat ones, skinny ones, long ones – well you know what we mean – any size, any shape, any budget – Prop Dead Gorgeous can help. In fact our Grottos are so fabulous they have helped many retail clients scoop coveted awards, certificates and goodness know what else…

For 2020, our build team are already bringing our clients visions to life from smaller pop up installations that can fit easily into any venue, to much larger scaled up grottos that can house very comfortably (if we may say so) multi Santas! Think Harrods highly successful Christmas campaigns and you will know what we mean!

Themes this year are wide and varied. Traditional is always popular, Candy Cane, Toys, Wonderland and Enchanted Forest as a few examples, but here at Prop Dead Gorgeous the sky’s the limit! Fancy a Peter Pan style Pirate Grotto, Sci Fi interactive Space Ship, or Giant Storybook, then no problem at all!

Big Footfall® won the contract to deliver some stand out retail installations to celebrate Diwali, the Hindu Festival of Light just recently.

Lasting five days, Diwali is one of the busiest times in the retail event calendar embracing different cultures, but typically Hinduism symbolising the spiritual victory of light over darkness, good over evil and knowledge over ignorance.

Props were provided by our in house theming company propdeadgorgeous.com who transformed centres spaces into a myriad of fauna and flora from forests with bears, deer and squirrels to stunning 10ft flower walls. Working closely with local communities, entertainment included spectacular dancing shows, home decoration activities and workshops along with guest appearances from famous Indian characters…

Crafty Arty World has won a prestigious contract to deliver a series of ‘Whole New World’ themed installations based around the adventures of various Disney characters.

Currently in production for the next six months, this exciting brief involves working with some of the UK’s top entertainers and singers both in UK and Europe.

That aside and with the festive season almost upon us, the CAW team are busy preparing for some stand out corporate events with a variety of wide and varied briefs. Production is beavering away, seamstresses are sewing new wardrobes, grottos are going up and baubles are being hung and yes, we do know it’s still only October…
