Costs

HOW TO GET A QUOTE:

The easiest way to get a quote is to submit your wish list from the website.

Once you have chosen your props, send this through with as much information as possible about your event.

We will then check the availability and respond to you with a full quotation between 3 to 5 days.

If your quote is urgent then please let us know and we will do our best to help.

If the item you are interested in has already been booked out, we will suggest a few more props that could work for your theme.

The more information you give us in the initial wish list submission, the quicker we can get your quotation to you.

We may contact you to ask any further questions about your hire.

Please note if you are looking at a theme and not specific props, give one of our team a call on 01300 345 310 - they will be delighted to help.

 

MINIMUM SPEND

We have a minimum prop hire spend of £250.00 ex vat & delivery on all of our prop hires based on a three day hire period.

Props can either be collected from our warehouses just outside Dorchester, Dorset or can be delivered.

We also offer a full event management service and or personal stylists to help you dress your event. Please call us for more details.

 

DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs are dependent on what props you decide to hire.

However as we know it is always good to have an idea of delivery before deciding on your hire, please see the chart below to help:

Prop Dead Gorgeous reserves the right to amend the above costs at any time- the above is intended as a guide line only and each hire will be costed individually

If you booking is for a Saturday we would normally deliver Friday and pick up on Monday.

Weekend and out of hours deliveries can be arranged at an extra cost.

 

DRY HIRE ONLY

Collection and return from our warehouse: Minimum prop hire £150 ex vat.

Normal Delivery times would be between 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday.

 

INSURANCE

We ask that with all our prop hires you show us insurance to cover the props whilst in your care, whether this is home insurance or equipment cover from the venue you’re using.

If props are not covered by insurance, any damage or loss of the props would be fully charged on the return of the props.

Prop Dead Gorgeous offer a comprehensive insurance with all our prop hires.

It cost £40.00 and will cover any props up to the cost of £5,000.00 and will cover the props from start to finish of your hire. Although this is not compulsory, we highly recommend taking it out when hiring from Prop Dead Gorgeous.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

We require full payment as cleared funds into our bank account 7 days before your prop hire.

We accept all major credit or cards. You can also pay us by cash, cheque or by bacs.
